The TMCM agent (imsscmagent) of IMSVA keeps on restarting and it cannot upload logs to TMCM. The TMCM agent log (Agent.log) shows the following error:
The queue: /opt/trend/imss/config/log/ occupies hard disk more than 10MB for longer than 25 minutes. It's abnormal, restart /opt/trend/imss/bin/imsscmagent
The issue happens because too many logs should be uploaded to TMCM at a certain time, but the agent queue size is not enough.
To resolve this, increase the RealTime_Queue_Size setting:
- Locate the RealTime_Queue_Size setting in /opt/trend/imss/config/Agent.ini file.
- Increase the size to 100M. After the modification, the parameter should be similar to the following:
The default size of RealTime_Queue_Size is 10M (RealTime_Queue_Size=10000000).
- Run the following command to apply the changes:
