Manage your Hosted Email Security (HES) accounts through the Remote Manager (TMRM) console.
- Add the customer to Remote Manager, and then select Hosted Email Security (HES) from the dropdown list.
- Type the description of the product/service.
- Click Done.
- Take note of the GUID/Authorization Key.
- Log in to the customer's HES account.
- Click Administration > Remote Manager.
- Type the Authorization Key, and then click Connect. It will take approximately 10 minutes before HES completes the connection to your Remote Manager console.
- Review the connection status. The new HES data can take three hours before it updates on the Remote Manager console. The HES customer information is updated once a day.The HES account should now be manageable via the reseller's Remote Manager console.
- Log in to your Remote Manager console.
- Click the Customers tab.
- Select the customer that owns HES service.
- In the Products tab, click Add.
- Select Hosted Email Security from the Product Type.
- Type the description of the product/service.
- Click Done.
- Take note of the GUID/Authorization Key, and then click OK.
- Log in to the customer's Hosted Email Security account.
- Click Administration > Remote Manager.
- Type the Authorization Key, and then click Connect. It will take approximately 10 minutes before HES completes the connection to your Remote Manager console.
- Review the connection status. The new HES data can take three hours before it updates on the Remote Manager console. The HES customer information is updated once a day.The HES account should now be manageable via the reseller's Remote Manager console.
For new customers
- Log in to your Remote Manager console.
- Click New Customer.
- Complete the form.
- Assign HES service plan.
- Click Save.
For existing customers
- Log in to your Remote Manager console.
- Go to Customers tab.
- Select the customer who wants to add HES.
- Assign HES service plan.
- Click Save.
