Adding Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) as a managed service in Remote Manager (TMRM)

Manage your Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) account in the Remote Manager (TMRM) console.

Public
  1. Add the customer to TMRM, and then choose WFBS-SVC from the drop-down list.
  2. Type the description of the product/service.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Take note of the GUID/Authorization Key.
  5. Log on to the customer's WFBS-SVC account.
  6. Click Administration > Trend Micro Remote Manager.
  7. Type the Authorization Key, and then click Connect.
    The WFBS-SVCs account should now be manageable via the reseller's Remote Manager console.
  1. Log in to your TMRM console.
  2. Click the Customers tab.
  3. In the Products tab, click Add.
  4. Select WFBS-SVC from Product Type.
  5. Type the description of the product/service.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Take note of the GUID/Authorization Key, and then click OK.
  8. Log in to the customer's WFBS-SVC account.
  9. Click Administration > Trend Micro Remote Manager.
  10. Type the Authorization Key, and then click Connect.
    The WFBS-SVC account should now be manageable via the reseller's TMRM's console.
  1. Log in to your Remote Manager console.
  2. Click New Customer.
  3. Complete the form.

  4. Assign WFBS-SVC service plan.
  5. Click Save.

For existing customers:

  1. Log in to your Remote Manager console.
  2. Go to Customers tab.
  3. Select the customer who wants to add WFBS-SVC.
  4. Assign WFBS-SVC service.
