Summary
Trend Micro released Critical Patch 3516 for OfficeScan 10.6 with Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Critical Patch 5495 for 10.6 with Service Pack 3 (SP3) to address the following issues:
  • When an OfficeScan 10.6 client cannot upgrade its Behavior Monitoring engine, it automatically downloads the "newpnt.zip" file from the server and performs a program update even when it is blocked from running a program update through the "noprogramupdate" setting.
  • Some OfficeScan clients remain in the "Updating" status after an update because these clients are still waiting for some update threads to terminate.
