To enable the debug logs:
  1. Create a configuration file depending on your environment:
    • Windows: %WINDIR%\ds_agent.ini
    • Linux: /etc/ds_agent.conf
  2. Add the “Trace=Diag” line to the configuration file.
  3. Restart the Trend Micro Deep Security Agent service.
