You receive the following error message when trying to log in to the Web EUQ console:
The email address or password you entered is invalid
To resolve the issue, reset your password via the Web EUQ console:
- Go to either of the following:
For Europe, the Middle East, Africa: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.eu
For all other regions: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.com
- Click the Forgot your password? link.
- Fill in the required details, and then click Finish.
If you get an error "Reset password request denied due to an invalid email address or invalid security question and/or answer”, it is possible that your account is not yet registered. Click Register a new account to complete the registration process.
