- Open the DSM console.
- Go to Administration > Updates > Software.
- On the right pane, click the Check for Updates button.
The DSM will now do synchronization.
- Check if the Download Center shows content. If the problem persists, generate diagnostic package for DSM and contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
