Download Center is empty after installing or upgrading to Deep Security 9.5

Summary
After a fresh installation or upgrade, when you check the Download Center by clicking Administration > Updates > Software > Download Center, you cannot see any contents.

The issue occurs because the data in the Download Center is not synchronized.
To resolve the issue, enable the Deep Security Manager (DSM) to do synchronization:
  1. Open the DSM console.
  2. Go to Administration > Updates > Software.
  3. On the right pane, click the Check for Updates button.
    The DSM will now do synchronization.
  4. Check if the Download Center shows content. If the problem persists, generate diagnostic package for DSM and contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
