Summary
When the agentless Real-Time scan is enabled in SAP or in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) server, performance issue occurs.
Adding paths and folders to the exclusion list does not resolve the issue because it does not work.

Public
VMware EPSec 3.0 rules, including the exceptions, are case sensitive. This applies to both local and UNC filter rules.
To resolve the issue, make sure that you use the correct case in adding the exceptions.
