[Hot Fix] B1204 - InterScan Web Security Virtual Appliance (IWSVA) 6.5 reads .CRL and .CSV as executable files

Summary
When you create a policy under Advance Threat Protection, which is set to block .COM file types, IWSVA 6.5 also blocks .CRL and .CRV files. This is because IWSVA detects these files an executables and hence, applies the action stated in the policy.

The issue was first encountered in Build 1200 (initial release) and was fixed in Hot Fix Build 1204 that enables IWSVA 6.5 to correctly recognize executable file types.
