Error 2503 and 2502 appears when installing the Worry Free Business Security (WFBS) Security Agent and Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) Agent

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2502.
 
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503.

Public
To resolve the issue:
  1. Go to C:\Windows\Installer.
    Access the Windows Installer folder
  2. Go to Installer properties.
  3. On the Security tab, modify the Group or User Name permissions to the following:
    Everyone: Read & Execute; List folder contents; Read
    System: Full Control
    Administrators: Full Control
    Modify permissions
  4. Install the Security Agent. You should be able to successfully finish the installation.
If the issue still persist collect the following and send it to Trend Micro Technical Support:
  • Windows\temp\*.log
  • Windows\temp\WFBS_DEBUG\*.*
  • System Event Log
  • System Information (NFO format)
