The issue occurs because Static Content feature is not installed.
To resolve the issue, you need to install Static Content.
- On the TMEAC server, open the Server Manager.
- On the left pane, expand Roles.
- Select Web Server (IIS).
- On the right pane, search for Role Services.
- Click Add Role Services.
- On the Add Role Services wizard, Go to Web Server > Common HTTP Features and then tick Static Content.
- Follow the prompt to finish the installation.
When the installation is successful, Static Content will appear under the Web Server.Click image to enlarge. - Verify if you can access the TMEAC web console.
