- Double-click My Computer or Computer on your desktop.
- Click Tools, and then select Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Mark Show Hidden Files and Folders, and then click OK.
- Do any of the following that applies:
- For Windows XP: Go to C: > Documents and Settings > (User Profile) > Local Settings > Application Data > (SafeSync Account).
- For Windows Vista and Windows 7: Go to C: > Users > (User Profile > App Data > Local > Trend Micro > OSDP > (SafeSync Account).
- Copy the following files, and then attach it as an email to Trend Micro Technical Support: SafeSync for Business.
