Checking your current SafeSync for Business subscription

To view your subscription information, choose any of the options below:

 
Log in to your Trend Micro SafeSync account to check your subscription information. If you still need more help with logging in to your account, refer to this article: Logging in and out of your Trend Micro SafeSync online storage or program.

Trend Micro SafeSync Main Console

  1. Right-click the Trend Micro SafeSync icon in the system tray of your computer, and then select Settings.
    Select SettingsThe main console opens.

    By default, Status tab is displayed.

  2. In the Status tab, look for the following to check your subscription information:
    • Storage summary
    • Subscription

    Check your account information

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro SafeSync > SafeSync Tools > SafeSync Settings.
  2. In the Status tab, look for the following to check your subscription information:
    • Storage summary
    • Subscription

Trend Micro SafeSync account

  1. Right-click the Trend Micro SafeSync icon in the system tray of your computer, and then select Browse files online.
    Select Browse files online
    Your Trend Micro SafeSync account page opens.
  2. Look for Account Information found on the right-side of the page. This will show your subscription information.

  1. Go to Start > All Programs > Trend Micro SafeSync > SafeSync Website.
