This article shows you how to clear the cache files of your SafeSync for Business in your Mac computer.
You need to do this when your SafeSync is taking up a lot of storage space when files are downloaded multiple times.
Details
To empty the cache:
- Go to Go > Home.
- Open the Library, then double-click the Application Support folder.
- Right-click the email address you use with your SafeSync registration, then select Show Package Contents.
- Open the root folder, and then delete all the files inside.
