Know the possible scenarios why the activation code or serial number is missing in the Order Confirmation email after your SafeSync purchase.
You only receive an activation code when you buy a new SafeSync for Business (SSFB) program:
You already have an existing SafeSync for Business (SSFB) account
Your subscription will be extended automatically after you purchase or renew the program. This happens if you have SSFB installed on your computer and you have already created an account.
Open your SSFB program, and check if the expiration date has been extended after your purchase or renewal.
You upgraded to the full version of your SafeSync for Business (SSFB) trial
When you upgrade your program from the trial version to the full version, you do not need a serial number to activate the program. The expiration date and program version will be automatically updated after the purchase is complete.
Open your SSFB program and check if the expiration date has been extended.
If you purchased a new program without a previous SSFB account, your Order Confirmation email should contain the activation key.
If you still cannot find the activation key, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
