To configure scan exclusions of G-Buster Anti-Fraud System in Real-Time scanning

  1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console then click Security Agents.
  2. On the client tree, select the group that you want to configure and then click Configure Policy.
  3. Click Scan Exclusions on the side menu.
  4. Make sure the checkbox for Do not scan directories where Trend Micro products are installed is enabled.
  5. Add the following folders under Real-Time Scan / Scheduled Scan / Manual Scan > Folders:

    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\
    • C:\program files\scpad\
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd
  6. Add the following files under Real-Time Scan / Scheduled Scan / Manual Scan > Files:

    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  7. Click Save.
  8. On the same page, scroll down to see Behavior Monitoring.
  9. Add the following Program Paths to the Approved Program List:

    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  10. Click Save.
  11. Go to Policies > Global Exception Lists > Malware Scan Exclusions > Trusted Windows Program List.
  12. Add the following Program Paths to the Trusted Windows Program List:

    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  13. Click Save.
