To configure scan exclusions of G-Buster Anti-Fraud System in Real-TIme scanning
  1. Log in to the WFBS console and then click Security Settings.
  2. On the client tree, select the group that you want to configure and then click Configure.
  3. Click Antivirus/Anti-spyware on the side menu.
  4. On the Target tab, click the [+] button beside Exclusions.
  5. Select the Enable Exclusions checkbox.
  6. Make sure the checkbox for Do not scan directories where Trend Micro products are installed is enabled
  7. Add the following folders under Do not scan the following directories:
    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\
    • C:\program files\scpad\
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd
  8. Add the following files under Do not scan the following files:
    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  9. Click Save.
  10. On the left pane, click Behavior Monitoring.
  11. Add the following Program Paths to the Approved List:
    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  12. Click Save.
  13. On the left panel, click Trusted Program.
  14. Add the following Program Paths to the Trusted Program List:
    • C:\progra~1\gbplugin\gbpsv.exe
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbieh.dll
    • C:\program files\gbplugin\gbiehsfr.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpvista.exe
    • C:\program files\scpad\scplib.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpsssh2.dll
    • C:\program files\scpad\scpmib.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\npsf_bb.dll
    • %appdata%\local\gas tecnologia\gbbd\sf_bb_inp.dll
  15. Click Save.
