Cannot generate One-time reports in Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)

You are unable to generate One-time reports in WFBS. Under the Status column, you see the result "Unsuccessful".

The unsuccessful report generation is related to the MSXML installed during the WFBS installation.
To resolve the issue:
  1. Go to Start > Run > appwiz.cpl and click OK.
  2. Uninstall the MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser.
  3. Go to the WFBS installer folder.
  4. Find the MSXML.MSI file and double-click it to install the MSXML.
    Note: You need admin rights to be able to install the MSXML.MSI file.
  5. Go to Start > Run > services.msc and restart Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
  6. Verify if the issue is resolved.
    1. Log in to the WFBS console then go to Reports > One-time Reports.
    2. Click Add to add a new One-time Report.

      The Status column should show "Successful".

If the issue still occurs, contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT) log generated on the WFBS server
