To get the logs, please follow the steps below:
  1. Download the iPhone Configuration Utility on your computer. Click your operating system below:
  2. Install the iPhone Configuration Utility.
  3. Connect your iOS device to your computer.
  4. Start the iPhone Configuration Utility program.
  5. Click your iPhone name on the left pane under the Devices section, then click Console.
  6. Click Save Consol As.
