Know what to do when you have just renewed Trend Micro SafeSync and the program still says that your account will expire.

To resolve this issue, do the following:
  1. Go to the SafeSync website.
  2. Click Activate with a key.
  3. Type the new activation code on the field provided, then click Next.
  4. Type your email address and password on the fields provided.
  5. Read the License Agreement.
  6. Tick I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, then click Sign In.
  7. Click Confirm, then open your program to start using Trend Micro SafeSync.
