Several submenus under SMTP and HTTP sections on the InterScan VirusWall console are greyed out when using Internet Explorer (IE).
To resolve the issue, add the IP Address or FQDN of the InterScan VirusWall to the Compatibility View Settings of IE:
- Turn on the Compatibility View on IE.
For IE 9 and 10, click on the icon, which is usually located on the upper right corner of the browser, beside the Search button.
For IE 11, press ALT + X while on the browser page, then select the Compatibility View Settings.
- Add the IP Address or FQDN of the InterScan VirusWall depending on how you access the Interscan VirusWall web console.
