The issue happens because the default value for MaximumTemplate has been changed in OSCE 11.0.
To resolve the issue:
- Open the services management console.
- Stop the OfficeScan Master Service and the OfficeScan Plug-in Manager Service.
- Open the ...\PCCSRV\Private\dlp.ini file using a text editor.
- Change the values of the following from 200 to 500:
MaximumPattern
MaximumKeyword
MaximumFileAttribute
MaximumTemplate - Save the changes and close the file.
- On the services management console, restart the OfficeScan Master Service and the OfficeScan Plug-in Manager Service.
- Try to create a new customer DLP Template using the OSCE web console.
