Mobile devices cannot connect to the CCS to download the TMMS 9.1 agent installation package. This happens because the internal management server cannot connect to the CCS through a proxy server.
When you go to a URL (For example: https://ccs.trendmicro.com:443/mobile?EK=9OPXR400ZP) to download an agent installation package, you get the following message:
500 Internal Server Error
Hot Fix Build 1087 ensures that mobile devices can successfully download the TMMS 9.1 agent installation program from the CCS.
To resolve the issue:
- Install Hot Fix Build 1087.
- Run MdmServerSetup.exe on the Management Server.

Complete the installation steps by following the instructions on the window.
A successful message is displayed on the window after the system completes the installation.
- Once done, you should now be able to download the TMMS 9.1 agent installation package.
