To resolve the issue, make sure Adobe Flash is installed or accessible:

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs and Features.
  3. Ensure that the Adobe Flash Player is installed.

    If not, install the current version of Adobe Flash Player using your primary browser, which is usually 32-bit Internet Explorer.

  4. Open the OfficeScan web console again and check if the Agent Management and Outbreak Prevention options are working.
