Wrong status of Windows Action Center

Details
Public

This known issue occurs due to the following scenarios:

  • When the agentless Anti-Malware real-time protection is turned off, the virus protection in Windows Action Center shows deactivated. This happens because the notifier cannot get any status updates from the Deep Security Virtual Appliance (DSVA).
  • When deactivating DSVA or disabling Anti-Malware protection, the network firewall status in Windows Action Center is still activated. This happens because the notifier cannot get any status updates from the DSVA so it leaves the firewall status unchanged.
