Upgrading language to another version causes issues in Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)

Summary

The WFBS setup program enables program installation without verifying the language version of the older version. For this reason, issues are encountered since upgrading to a different language is not supported.

To resolve the issue:

 
Previous settings will be lost upon doing the procedure below. Thus, you need to configure the product again.
  1. Remove the older product version.

     Clients should first be uninstalled before changing to another language in WFBS.

  2. Install the new version that has the new language.
