The vShield Endpoint cannot register due to the DSVA 9.6 upgrade failure. Even when the DSVA upgrades successfully, the vShield Endpoint may still remain in "Not Registered" state.

The issue happens because the Deep Security Relay (DSR) is down during the DSVA 9.6 deployment. To resolve the issue, reactivate the Deep Security Virtual Appliance.
