This article explains how to get the list of all pattern and engine components employed by products registered to TMCM 6.0.
The list of parts used by TMCM is available in the Dashboard. To acquire them:
- Open the TMCM console.
- Go to Dashboard > Compliance.
- Open the Product Component Status widget.
It displays which components are used and if they are up to date or out-of-date. On the right, the Product Component Status displays patterns and engines used by OfficeScan (OSCE) agents, while on the left side it shows all non-OSCE agents (e.g. OfficeScan Servers, etc.).
To list the values based on component:
- Open the TMCM console.
- Choose Select Product Tree.
- Tick the servers.
- Click Next.
- Go to Logs / Reports > AD Hoc queries.
- Open Product Information > Component Information > Pattern/Rule Status.
- Click Next.
- For custom criteria, enter a criterion that allows you to narrow down the list. If you want the entire list to be displayed, leave it blank.
- Highlight “Save this query” and enter a query name. This will allow the query to appear in Logs > Saved Ad Hoc Query. This is ok if administrators need to run the same query again.
