A username can be duplicated in TMMS 9.0 Service Pack (SP) 1 after un upgrade to TMMS 9.0 SP 2 or later version. When the administrator tries to modify one user information, users with the similar username will be changed with the same details.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Download the SQL Script zip file, then extract the files to a folder.
- Run the detectproblem.sql file to confirm if TMMS has a username duplication issue.
- If there are resulting records, run the resolveproblem.sql file. This will add a tail number for the repeated username.
Upon completing the steps, the duplicate username issue will no longer happen.
