The OfficeScan (OSCE) agent cannot upgrade to version 11.0.3569 Service Pack 1 (SP1) because the Update Agent has missing SIG files under the update agent\activeupdate\ folders. In addition, the MD5 files are not yet updated.
There is no log to explain why the SIG files are missing. As a workaround, do the following:
- Disable the Update Agent configuration.
- Delete the ActiveUpdate.
- Reset the Update Agent again.
