The Security Agent shows offline after a version upgrade.
This problem happens when users repair the Security Agent installation using the Repair option from the Control Panel. This action will cause the agent to become offline, and the password for lock, unload and uninstall will not work as well.
To resolve the issue, the agent needs to be installed again from the WFBS-SVC portal. Do the following:
- Log in to the WFBS-SVC portal.
- Go to Security Agents and choose the group where the agent is originally located.
- Click +Add Security Agents.
- Click Install On This Endpoint.
The Security Agent will now show Online again.
