The following HTTP return code can be found in the web server log:
192.168.56.1 GET /officescan/console/html/widget/index.php - 4343 - 192.168.56.1 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+7.0;+Windows+NT+6.1;+WOW64;+Trident/7.0;+SLCC2;+.NET+CLR+2.0.50727;+.NET+CLR+3.5.30729;+.NET+CLR+3.0.30729) 500 0 0 31
This shows that the Programs and Features control panel is missing two C++ programs:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.21022
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.21022
The ...\PCCSRV\PLM\PHP folder is also missing.
To resolve the dashboard error:
- Download and install the following in the OfficeScan server:
- Uninstall the old version of PHP (v5.3.27). Critical Patch 4150 installs the newer version of PHP (v5.4.38) in the ...\PCCSRV\PLM\PHP folder. There's no need to do anything else after uninstalling the older version.
- Reboot the OfficeScan server and verify the result.
If the issue persists, collect and submit the CDT logs to Trend Micro Technical Support for further assistance.
