This article shows you how to check the product, pattern file and scan engine versions and the Activation Code of your Mobile Security for Enterprise.

To check the information needed, click on the options below:

To check the version information, do the following:

  1. Login to the Management Console.
  2. Go to the Devices tab.
  3. Under Managed Devices, select a device, then expand the Security tab on the right pane. The version information will be displayed.

    Device Information

     

To check the Activation code, do the following:

  1. Login to the Management Console.
  2. Go to Administration > Product License. The license information will be shown.
    For example:
    • Status: Activated
    • Version: Full - View license upgrade instructions
    • Type: Trend Micro Mobile Security
    • License expires on: MM/DD/YYYY
    • Activation code: XX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
