To enable ransomware protection:

  1. Open smconf.nsf, go to Policies and check “Enable Web Reputation”.

  2. Click Configure. The Web Reputation Services (WRS) configuration window will pop up.

  3. Under Approved URL List, enable URL whitelist .

To enable Macro Scan:

  1. Open smconf.nsf, go to Policies then click the scan policy
  2. On the new pop window go to Scan Option > Security Risk Scan > Advance Optionsthen check “Macros in Microsoft Office Files”.
