Sometimes, the hot fix installation script gets stuck. The customer will then try to reset/restart their DDAN to solve this issue. However, after restart, DDAN shows that the hot fix installation is still in progress.
Sometimes, DDAN will set values in a background file when installing hot fixes.
If the end user force reset their hardware before the hot fix installation script finishes its job, those values will not be removed.
In such scenario, the only way to recover DDAN is to log into the DDAN background and manually reset those values.
