Checking the activation code, scan engine, pattern, and product version of SafeSync for Enterprise (SSFE)

To view your Product License information, do the following:

  1. On the SafeSync web console, go to Administration.
  2. Click License Information. The Product License information screen appears.
  3. Check the following details:
    • Version
    • Seats
    • Activation Code
    • Status
    • Expiration Date

SafeSync for Enterprise 2.1 Service Pack (SP) 1 and higher versions use the Virus Scan Engine (VSAPI) for Linux 64-bit. To check the scan engine version currently in-use:

  1. Open the SSFE admin web console.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Antivirus Settings.
  3. Click the Update page, which shows the scan engine version.

SSFE server stores the scan engine in the libvsapi.so file located under the /opt/TrendMicro/OSDP-AU/Data/<DATE>/engine directory. The <DATE> in the path represents the date and time when the scan engine and/or pattern file was last updated.

The latest available version of scan engine can be verified from the Trend Micro Download Center.

To find the pattern versions currently used by SSFE:

  1. Open the SSFE admin web console.
  2. Go to Administration > Antivirus Settings.
  3. Select the Update page.
