Unable to integrate Remote Manager (TMRM) to ConnectWise

When you are integrating TMRM to ConnectWise, the following error appears:

Unable to establish connection. Incorrect Company for this customer entered.

To solve this issue, do the following:

  1. Go to ConnectWise console.
  2. Choose Integrator Login.
  3. Select the customer's integrator login.
  4. In Setup tab, change access level to "All Records".
  5. Click Save.
  6. Log in to Remote Manager.
  7. Choose Test Validity for customers in question.
