Summary

This article defines the role of the Trusted Program List in the latest version of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) and OfficeScan (OSCE).

Details
Public

Programs entered in the Trusted Program List will not be monitored for suspicious file access activities.

When a program is added to the “Trusted Programs” list, the main process and its subprocesses will be excluded from Real time scanning, Behavior Monitoring and VSAPI process scanning.

Administrators can configure OSCE / WFBS  to exclude files and processes signed by trusted companies from scanning, and apply the configured exclusion lists to Real-Time Scan and Behavior Monitoring.
