To enable Smart Feedback:

  1. Log on to the IMSVA management console.
  2. Go to Administration > Smart Protection Network, and check Enable Trend Micro Smart Feedback.

  3. Click Save.

Enabling Smart Feedback does not reveal mail content or credential information. It feedbacks meta data such as Mail Header information to enhance detection rate.
