After upgrading to OSCE XG from version 10.6 SP3 Patch 3, you encounter the following:
- Tmccsf.exe and tmbmsrv.exe processes are not running
- Unauthorized Change Prevention Service is not found in the Windows Services console
- Trend Micro Common Client Solution Framework is present, but stopped
The OSCE drivers need to be reloaded after upgrading from OSCE 10.6 SP3. However, drivers that are related to the system drivers and processes will require a reboot of the operating system.
Restart the affected OSCE client/agent machines to reload all drivers, and allow the Unauthorized Change Prevention Service and Trend Micro Common Client Solution Framework to reinitialize properly.
