This article shows you the issues encountered by TMMS when it is installed on Android 7 (a.k.a Nougat).

TMMS encounters the following issues on Android 7:

  • Even if there are several Anroid 7 devices enrolled, the TMMS Web console will show only one Android 7 device
  • The Device Authentication feature does not work.

The table below shows the planned deployment of fixes to resolve the issue. You can contact Trend Micro Technical Support to get the hot fix.

 
For version 9.6 SP1, a patch will be released and all users will be notified.
