Open the Encryption for Email Advanced menu:

  1. Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click the Encryption for Email icon in the windows system tray. The Advanced menu will appear.

  2. The advanced Encryption for Email tray tool menu includes a parent menu called Support Tools, as shown in below figure. It contains two items: the Diagnostic Tool and the Trace Log.
  3. Enable Trace Log, then try to reproduce the problem.
  4. After reproducing the problem, click the Diagnostic Tool to collect the related trace log (example: 20150129-ppLogs.cab) and Diagnostic report (example: 20150129-DiagReport.xml), and provide these items to Trend Micro Technical Support.
