This KB shows how to enable and collect trace logs for TMEEC.
Open the Encryption for Email Advanced menu:
- Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click the Encryption for Email icon in the windows system tray. The Advanced menu will appear.
- The advanced Encryption for Email tray tool menu includes a parent menu called Support Tools, as shown in below figure. It contains two items: the Diagnostic Tool and the Trace Log.
- Enable Trace Log, then try to reproduce the problem.
- After reproducing the problem, click the Diagnostic Tool to collect the related trace log (example: 20150129-ppLogs.cab) and Diagnostic report (example: 20150129-DiagReport.xml), and provide these items to Trend Micro Technical Support.
