Log off button does not work when on Users tab of the Mobile Security (TMMS) for Enterprise web console

This issue occurs due to a problem with the index.htm file.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a backup of the index.htm file located in \Trend Micro\Mobile Security\web\users.
  2. Download the index.zip file, then extract the content to \Trend Micro\Mobile Security\web\users.
  3. Clear the web browser's cache.
  4. Log in to the Mobile Security for Enterprise web console and check if the issue persists.
