Sometimes, you may need to restore a file which was quarantined by the scan process of ServerProtect.
ServerProtect can restore the quarantined file from the management console. The detailed steps for restoration are as follows:
- Go to the scan result and choose the right scan result for the quarantined files.
- Double-click the result. A dialog box should show up.
- Click the Restore button in the dialog. The file restored results should show up in the dialog.
You can find the restored file in the path shown in the dialog.
The same procedure must be followed if the file was quarantined while ServerProtect scanned a Storage Solution. In the case that restoring a quarantined file from a connected storage solution fails, please verify that your ServerProtect Normal Server is still connected to the Network Storage.
