Logs under Log Analysis, like Internet Access Logs, show the correct time as set in Administration > IWSVA Configuration > System Time. However, time in the System Event Log is in a different time zone.
To resolve this issue:
- Stop all IWSVA services.
- Backup the /etc/iscan/postgres/pgdata/postgresql.conf file.
Edit the postgresql.conf file:
log_timezone = '<Continent/City>'
timezone = '<Continent/City>'Continent and City must be replaced by values found in IWSVA console under Administration > IWSVA Configuration > System Time, under the Time Zone tab, like 'Europe/Berlin'.
- Save the changes.
Start all IWSVA services.These commands will restart the corresponding IWSVA daemons, therefore, perform it when no traffic will be affected by the proxy being down for a few minutes.
