Summary

You want to know how to retrieve 120 days of logs for DDI through its web console.

DDI's default setting stores 120 days of detection logs in its database.

  • Detection logs can be seen and exported from web console via Detections > All Detections page together with the time period the user has set.

  • To download 120-day logs within DDI, use the ‘custome range’ option.

However, based on the current design, the start date and end date of the custom range is just 31 days. Therefore, you will get an error message if you select a date range over a month. There is no direct way to download the 120-day logs into a single download.

  • To get all logs, download the logs for each month separately (4 times, 4 all_detection.zip).
