Synchronizing data removes some of the agents from the Mobile Security (TMMS) for Enterprise Server

Some devices, which were previously enrolled, are removed after enabling the "Enable Data Synchroniztion" feature, then clicking Synchronize Now.

If the AirWatch account used to for the integration does not belong to the root organization group, devices that belong to other Organization groups will be removed after the sync with Airwatch.

To resolve this issue, use an account that belong to the root organization group to do the integration. Then sync the data again to show all of the devices under the root organization group.
