To resolve the issue, verify that the ssapiptn.da6 is in the ..\PCCSRV\Admin directory. If the file is not there or if in case it is corrupted, get a new pattern from Download Center or go to the following URL: Trend Micro Software Download Center.
If the problem is still there, verify if there are _invalid files in the ..\PCCSRV directory and its subdirectories. If there are a lot of _invalid files, you can follow the steps in the following KB article to help with renaming the files: Restoring the renamed "_invalid" files using Windows Powershell in OfficeScan (OSCE).
