Certificate of IWSaaS 2.0/3.0 legacy synchronization agent will expire after the August 7, 2017. If you are using SAML or Agent authentication mode, you will not be able to do an LDAP synchronization to the IWSaaS backend service after August 7, 2017.

For IWSaaS 2.0:
If you installed the Synchronization Agent downloaded from the Admin console after June 26th 2017, it will NOT be impacted by this issue.

For IWSaaS 3.0:
If you installed the Synchronization Agent downloaded from Admin console after June 15th 2017, it will NOT be impacted by this issue.
Upgrade the existing synchronization agent to extend the certificate to June 25,2047 to avoid synchronization issues:
- Download the lds0 file to the local computer using this link.

Open the installation folder of the synchronization agent. By default, the folder is located in the following:
- 32-bit: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\InterScan Web Security as a Service\ADSyncAgent
- 64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\InterScan Web Security as a Service\ADSyncAgent

Click Copy and Replace to copy the downloaded lds0 file to the installation folder to replace the original one:

Open the Synchronization Agent, click Test Connection to test the connection to IWSaaS service. A pop-up window appears, click OK.
