The TMES Deployment Tool fails to upgrade in the HTTPS update source. As a workaround:
- Back up the DB under C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\Addon\ESPLS\db\tmes.db

Modify the registry values to upgrade from version 1.0.1160 to 1.0.1165.

Delete the original 1.0.1160 key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\Aos\OSCE_ADDON_ESPLS\1_1_1.0.1160

Modify the following key value to "7":
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\Aos\OSCE_ADDON_ESPLS\1_1_1.0.1165\Status

Modify the following key value to "1.0.1160":
