When a user tries to deploy the WFBS-SVC 6.2 Security Agent using the "Send Email" installation method, Microsoft Outlook may display unreadable texts:

To address this issue, make sure that Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol is enabled in Microsoft Outlook:

  1. In Microsoft Outlook, go to File > Options.

  2. Go to Advanced then under International options, tick Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol.

  3. Click OK.
